- Prior experience in masonry or construction is required for skilled positions
- Apprentices must be willing to learn and accept hands-on training
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
- Basic understanding of construction drawings or willingness to learn
- Strict adherence to jobsite safety practices
Office & Administrative Positions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with office software, scheduling, or construction related documentation preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Design & Drafting Positions
- Experience with design, drafting, or construction related software preferred
- Ability to interpret architectural and construction documents
- Strong attention to detail and coordination with field teams
- Creative problem solving with practical construction awareness
